We’re Hiring: Technical Project Manager

Sulabh International invites applications for the position of Technical Project Manager to lead and execute transformative environmental projects that turn waste into clean energy and reusable resources in small towns and rural areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead construction and on-site execution of:
  • Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs)
  • Anaerobic Digestion (AD) and Biogas Plants
  • Solid Waste Management Facilities
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality outputs and outcomes.
  • Coordinate between design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to civil, mechanical, and electrical designs, quality standards, and safety norms.
  • Manage project timelines, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and smooth handover of projects.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech – any discipline); M.Tech preferred.
  • 7–10 years of experience managing infrastructure projects, especially:
  • STP/biogas plant construction, operation, or maintenance
  • Anaerobic digestion technologies or solid waste management
  • Strong technical skills in site execution, engineering drawings, and design implementation.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of quality control and environmental compliance is an added advantage.
