Sulabh International handed over 108 low cost toilets to villagers at Katra Sadatganj in Badaun district of Uttar Pradesh, where two sisters were allegedly gangraped and murdered while they went to relieve themselves in fields. This sanitation drive is the starting point for a nationwide 'Toilets for Every House' campaign.
